Hello! I’m a current nursing student and refuse to gain weight in school. It’s hard sticking to a diet/workout plan by myself so I’m hoping to find some people to share the journey with if being a full time college student, working PT and studying. I need to workout for my mental health, I have avg. 10 -15 pounds to lose... but it’s so tough when there’s so much homework/studying to do! Any advice? I’m usually a person that works out in the evening time, but I’m so exhausted from a.l full day of school and studying, it’s hard to get to the gym. Any advice? I love reading motivating booms so if there are suggestions on how to get the best workouts in a short amount of time that would be great!

Hi MissCoco...there is a short workout on youtube that is pretty good. It's, "Indoor Walking Workout", by Holly Dolke. About 15 min. long and she incorporates more than just walking. Good luck with your studies! I graduated with my RN in 1976.1

Hi! I’m a college student, working PT and studying so I’m familiar with the struggle! Being realistic with your expectations is so important I’ve found, sometimes I haven’t the energy to go to the gym either but I’ll go for a short quick walk instead, or try a virtual workout like Trich97 recommends! If you feel really bogged down or overwhelmed and tired with work I’d advocate going out for some fresh air anyway, it does wonders to clear the head. Best of luck with the studies!0
