  • Hello Heather. I am a new member and trying to get a grasp on how to be vegan. After watching the Netflix documentary about the where our food came from and how it is making us sick, I just need to switch real fast.

  • Weigh-in update, Thursday, August 23. Yesterday weight was 273. Now today it is 272. I've been doing intermitted (16:8) and been doing my chair workout. I am happy for the most part about my weight. Just needed to control my craving for bread and pasta. Man, I missed those carbs.

  • Post for Tuesday. My current weight is 274.5. Been cutting a lot of process food and stop eating food that is giving me acid reflex, bloat ness, and inflammation. I notice by eating more vegetables and fruits, I can't eat certain foods anymore. Honey, banana, vit D milk, beef and other food just makes me sick.
  • Menstrual painkillers, heating pad and a couple of salty and sweets food for a day or two for me. I still walk it off just to the water weight off by using the sauna suite on the treadmill.
