Absolutely. Veggies make you poop and give you the bubble guts. Especially green, leafy veggies. Fruits and veggies mess with the good bacteria in your intestines and cause you to be more gassy. Its absolutely normal.

I went to Applebees the other night. The meal that I normally get is 1200 calories. The app I usually get before my meal is like 1100 calories. I'd get multiple sweet teas totaling hundreds of calories. And I didn't care. I miss not caring. I miss when being fat didn't bother me.

I took phentermine a couple years ago and became such a raging psycho I had to stop taking it. I was on Wellbutrin for depression and it agitated my bipolar disorder so I had to stop taking it. But I didn't notice any weightloss on it. Like at all.

I learned how to deal with it. My fiance has a thing with Taco Bell, Slim Jims, and candy. After awhile it got to the point that seeing it doesn't bother me anymore. It took about a month for it not to phase me.
