Just keep moving. There's literally no reason to dwell on it. Chalk up the loss and keep truckin.

That's yet another thing. I still eat fruit. I had fruit salad and a turkey wrap for lunch. There's carbs and sugar. But I haven't had like chocolate, cookies, candy, cake..nothing like that in 6 days. I used to eat junk every single day if it fit into my calories. My body is being slammed for it. I also have been…

I lost 40 pounds eating whatever I wanted as long as I stayed within my calorie limit.

I am. He actually suggested the keto diet and but I cannot give up carbs completely. I need my bread. That's the thing too..I haven't completely given up carbs. I still eat wraps and sometimes subs and sandwiches. I cannot imagine how bad this would be if I gave up carbs and sugar cold turkey. I go back for blood work next…

I'm actually in pre diabetes. That's why I gave up sugar. And my diet was basically made up of sweets and carbs.

I lost my first 35ish pounds without exercise.
-
Quite honestly I'd mind my own business. 1200 calories a day is fine and who cares if she's always exercising. Where do you think you are?
-
I need more active friends. I have 80 some and I think 75 of them have given up!
-
Mom of 3 too, 2 boys and a girl! I'm very active. Feel free to add me!

My weight yo-yo's by 5 pounds. Because I have a day or 2 where I don't care what I eat. Then I weigh myself and i'm like 'CRAP! Better get back to it!!' and then I drop back down within a day or 2. Its a cycle tho that I've fallen into in the last few months. But I've decided since losing 40 pounds that I want to lose…

A "rest day" for me is an hour of just normal walking. I make it to the gym 5-6 days a week, even on rest days, just to walk on the treadmills and be in the environment. Its ok to have days where you do nothing at all if you don't feel up to it. Don't be hard on yourself. Take it easy when your body tells you to. Rest, if…

I burn A LOT of calories working out and I eat them back depending on 1. if not doing so is going to net me under 1000. or 2. I'm hungry. If I feel like eating, I take those extra calories and I eat.

I'm tired of it. But then again I'm tired of struggling with maintenance. And half the time don't know how I'm going to keep doing this forever. But here I am, still doing it.

You need to get into the sun, at least once or twice a week. Sun will give you instant vitamin d. I was diagnosed with low vitamin D about 2 years ago and have struggled with it. During the warmer months my vitamin d is okish, during the winter it can get as low as a 2. At one point it was so bad my doctors thought I had…

I picked where I feel good about myself

Coffee, tea, diet soda, low cal Gatorade, low cal orange juice, skim milk.

I take one day a week where I’ll hit the gym for 2 hours instead of 1. Then save up those calories for dinner and drinks. So far I’ve lost almost 40 pounds. Seems to be working for me.

SAHM! Feel free to add me!

I'm so, so, so, SO tired of everyone around me acting like I can't lose weight because I eat carbs. I have lost 45 pounds!!
-
I'm at the point in my weight loss (I've lost 45 pounds) where my body just knows we don't eat after dinner. However, if I feel like I'm absolutely going to die unless I eat something, I'll have some fruit.

I take my medicine every day even tho every part of me wants to go give up. I take 2 mood stabilizers, 2 anti depressants, 2 anti psychotics, 2 anxiety meds, and prescription sleeping pills. Every day I sit down at my kitchen table and stare at this mountain of pills and I just want to cry. I don't want to do it. Its like…

Not at all. Double cheeseburgers from Burger King are one of my favorite things on the planet and I eat them all the time. I refuse to feel guilt from eating. Its disordered behavior and that's a big nope from me.

Extremely accurate. If you don't want to eat that much you can set your own limit. But MFP has never done me wrong. I'm in maintenance and my calorie allowance is 2250 - I freaked OUT when I saw it. But..I haven't gained anything which is the goal. I actually have lost half a pound. Its never done me wrong.
-
I just entered maintenance about 3 days ago. Let me tell you..It feels SO WEIRD to be able to eat 2 pieces of pizza. I had a cannoli with dinner last night and I just can't get over it. My biggest, HUGEST fear is gaining weight beyond the normal fluctuation. But I woke up this morning .4 lighter. Its scary. Its terrifying…

I just wanted to update everyone. Everything is going well. I'm down half a pound all while getting to enjoy a cannoli with dinner last night. I'm slowly becoming less afraid. Tho the people around me have noticed that I've been able to have 1 extra piece of pizza and made comments about it. "You slipping back into your…

I probably seem a little ridiculous being so worried about it. I remember seeing someone post not that long ago that maintenance was harder than losing and from that moment on I've been scared. I don't plan on stopping logging everything. I'm a daily weigher (sp) I think I might take it down to twice a week if I can help…
