Hello, Still figuring this community thing out. My January habit/goal is to increase water intake to 8 cups a day. Currently at 4 cups. (I hate water). My start weight was 230 on 12/28/2019. My current weight is 212. My goal is 205 by January 31. 1200 calories a day, 30% carb limit.

BrownSugar174, 1200 calories a day, unless I am fasting. My fasts are usually 16:8 (occasional 24-36 fasts on days I don’t work) with only water or black coffee. My carbs are usually under 30%. I try to eat Tuna and mozzarella as a snack. I still need to increase my water intake.

Day three and I can’t sleep because of the hunger. I know this will fade, I will persist.

I could do for a bit of my own advice some days.

Go to a clothing store (one you can easily afford), find items you like but are 1-2 sizes too small. Hang them where you can see them every morning. Make snacks/meals ahead of time, when you just ate the last one. Pledge to drink water first before eating, to see if you were really just thirsty.
