misskinnieminnie In March of this year I saw a photo of me at my fattest and I was shocked. I had a moment of disgust and then began the work one step at a time one day at a time. You are so much more than your weight and that is who you need to get back to loving. Just track everything and don't be so hard on yourself.

I’m doing the same in our family but both my husband and I are skipping the pizza. Im very lucky to be able to share this experience with him. The other night he and I made a gorgeous salad for dinner and truly enjoyed it. It’s not that fun alone

You have described me at the very same age. The fact that you’re taking care of your food and fitness is a plus. I couldn’t afford to not sleep so I tried Benadryl which worked for me.
