I’m going to try eating back some of my exercise calories (and I have an Apple Watch so I’ll watch my movement ring too - I normally do about 600 calories a day on that though again I know they’re vv inaccurate). I’m one run off graduation. Never ran in my life. Hated it at school (and all exercise) but have loved this programme and now love running! Keep going it’s great.

I have an almost 4 yr old and an almost 2yr old. I get up early ie 6 and go for a run every other day (only 40 min from time I leave door) and my husband gets the kids up. Then when I get back I shower and take them to nursery ( or sometimes he takes them in). Then I try and do yoga or strength some of the other days for…

Am a bit puzzled because I walk with a buggy all the time and Apple Watch recognizes my steps...but yeah I’d have thought outdoor walk is the best measure of what you’re doing
