i made myself a checklist, to get more walking in. I scheduled walks for before and after work, during breaks and lunches, as well as hourly trips to the printer to get extra steps. its been going great, I've really focused on moving more and sitting less in what ever way I can fit that in. I've committed to 6000 daily steps, I try to get that in by walking on my lunch and breaks while at work. make trips to the printer or shredder every hour, just to get moving, lol. my one thing was to walk a lap…

i set a goal to get 6,000 daily steps and 60 minutes of daily activity. on my Samsung phone, they have a monthly walking challenge of 200,000 steps. I would love to actually make that goal this month.
