I am currently working on this now. You need to find out what your Basal Metobolic Rate (BMR) is, which is the minimum amount of calories needed to just exist. This will be a long process if you want to do it right, and you will need to do a lot of compound weight lifting (dead lifts, squats, bench, overhead press, etc)…
