Good luck losing some weight! I started using my fitness pal after watching my daughter loss weight using it. And it has worked for me too, down 30 pounds. I'm a quiet support buddy but my daughter is more active, look her up....emo1015th

Glad your shoulder is doing better. After my knee surgeries did not skate for 2 years. So glad I got back on the ice. Play every Sunday now. May try to start playing on Tuesday also next year.
