That’s what I was thinking happysquatter- I think I may benefit from occasional use when I am pushing to that 100%. Maybe I’m dreaming and won’t be able to do it- it’s a bikini/ physique class I’m going to go for, not full on bodybuilding and I’m under no false illusion, I know I likely won’t place but I’m doing this for me and nothing else. I just want to achieve getting on that stage and looking the best I possibly can.

Already set to maintenance from you advice before and that’s working really well for me. Baby will be almost 1 when I compete so will probably be phasing out breastfeeding then anyways as I go into a cut/ prep. Thanks so much for your advice. I training with a pt now but he’s not sure about food etc when bf

Thanks. I’ve upped my protein and fat to help recovery and I feel my body ‘leaning out’ rather than losing weight iyswim. I’m losing around .5 kg per week but my clothing is fitting better and I feel stronger etc. I think I’ll go along like this then :-) thanks for the great help sardelsa xxx

Are u sure it was kg and not lbs? Only that’s very very heavy and if you are new I would have certainly expected some sort of aching/ Dom’s following on. Well done though if that weight is correct.

I will primer all go by weight just so I know it’s moving in the right direction but then as I adjust go by measurement as clothing etc.
