I am so excited for this. I will be doing the level 3 as my minimum goal but I’m shooting for level 4 as a big goal. I will post starting weight on the 1st :)

Currenlty 217. My long term goal is to get down to 160. My first short term goal is to get down to 195. My bad habits that im trying to kick is diet soda and eating out. Im starting a daily habit of trying to drink at least 64oz and exercise 30 minutes every day.
