    My weight is 205 lbs. I have to reduce 30 lbs end of the march 2019.

    Currently 206, started at 210 a week and a half ago. Ultimate Goal is 145, 1st mini-goal is 190. I'm hoping by setting 20 lb mini goals I wont get too frustrated..lol

    Currenlty 217. My long term goal is to get down to 160. My first short term goal is to get down to 195. My bad habits that im trying to kick is diet soda and eating out. Im starting a daily habit of trying to drink at least 64oz and exercise 30 minutes every day.

    My current weight is 125kg looking to get below 100 by midyear. Focusing on making healthier eating choices, steps and drinking 2L plus of water a day.

    My overall 2019 goal is to get to 150lbs (or lower - ultimate goal weight is 135lbs)
    Currently I am 187lbs (as of this morning) but in May 2018 I was 145lbs for my wedding and even though I thought I looked good, I want to be more toned so my short term goals are as follows:
    • Create and commit to a lifting program that works for me
    • Amp up my current cardio and yoga practice
    • Lose 20 pounds by the end of March
    • Limit my drinking to 1 or 2 a day (trust me this would be progress)

    No more soda or candy
    Reduce sugar intake
    More vegetables

    Current weight is 102 kg.. I am wanting to lose at least 20kg.

    I have stopped drinking everyday
    Am calorie counting and going to the gym 3/4 times a week.. Will weigh myself in about 5 weeks at my next appraisal

    Current weigh is 251lbs want to lose 100lbs...but first goal is 35lbs off by June. I'm a slow loser 😆 feel free to add me 😉

    5'0 tall, 30 years old.
    HW: 175+ (2012)

    January 16th: 147lb
    January 23rd: 145.2
    January 30th: 144.8 (January weight loss 2.2lbs)
    Feb 6th:
    Feb 13th:

    Ultimate GW: 125 to 128lb
    January 31st GW: 143lb
    February 28th GW: 141.5lb

    My goal didn't happen, but I'm still pretty happy. Especially considering I ate out a lot. February goal 141.5lbs. Thats 3.3lb, that is a realistic goal to me.
