Used to do 1/2 marathons and triathlons so trying to get back to that. Just started running again a couple weeks ago. Ran for about an hour today!

I told my therapist last week. I just really want to lose some weight first before doing her suggestions. Just can’t figure out why I’m not losing faster

What’s CW and GW? What’s starvation mode? Most days I don’t eat anything to try and lose faster.

I’m not weighing food. I don’t always log but I know I don’t go over. Some days I don’t even eat anything or sometimes just one small thing.
