I’ve been exercising 6 days a week and limiting calories but I don’t think I’ve lost any weight at all. 6 days a week started about 3 weeks ago and exercises range from cardio drumming, Zumba, and running and always last at least an hour. I’m not sure what i’m doing wrong

What does "I don't think I've lost any weight" mean? Are you not weighing yourself?
Unless you have a lot of weight to lose, you can't expect an obvious physical difference in 3 weeks.
Your diet is more important than the exercise if your goal is weight loss.
What is your height and weight?
What is your calorie goal and how consistently do you hit it?
Are you using a food scale?
Do you do cheat meals and do you log them?8 -
I’m not weighing food. I don’t always log but I know I don’t go over. Some days I don’t even eat anything or sometimes just one small thing.how accurate is your logging? are you weighing your food? if not, you could be eating more than you think.
you've only been at it for 3 weeks- give it a bit more time. If you still aren't losing after 4-6 weeks, adjust your calorie intake/exercise accordingly.

Start weighing and logging all of your food. You can't be sure you're in a calorie deficit otherwise.7 -

Make sure to actually eat, otherwise your body will simply go into starvation mode and you'll regret it once you actually up your calorie/food intake. Would be helpful to know your CW, GW etc to see what the actual problem is.34 -
Two things. You can't be sure you're in a deficit unless you're a bit more precise about logging. A food scale helps with that. Secondly, if you're more precise about logging and using a food scale, there is absolutely NO reason to underfeed yourself. Seriously. Don't do that. Be more precise about logging your food and you can eat as much as possible and still lose weight.5

Focus on the food side of the equation3

What’s CW and GW? What’s starvation mode? Most days I don’t eat anything to try and lose faster.10 -

if you used to have an ED and are now going full days without eating, it may be a good idea to get back in contact with your treatment team (Dr., therapist, dietitian, etc)....
I second this. Talking to internet strangers when we don't know your history is probably not a good idea. Talk to your doctor.6 -
I told my therapist last week. I just really want to lose some weight first before doing her suggestions. Just can’t figure out why I’m not losing faster5

You need to speak with a doctor. None of us can or should offer help beyond that recommendation given your unique set of circumstances.4

what have her suggestions been?
if she's recommending treatment, please know that you don't have to lose a bunch of weight first to be worthy of recovering. You don't have to 'prove' how sick you are, or be at your lowest in order to get help. The sooner you address this, the better.
how do you know i’m worthy of getting help? what if I don’t deserve to?6 -

Everyone is "worthy" of getting help, and deserves to, just by virtue of being alive.5 -

This right here shows that you should get help, and not just for your ED. You ARE worthy.9 -
MFP moves fast!
From an outside perspective... I am willing to put money down that your therapist would NOT think that what you're trying to do is consistent with following your treatment plan.
Please work WITH your treatment team; don't go off on tangents!
Take care of youself!
