I don't suggest eating the whole dish at once, but it sure is tempting, lol! But small portions is what makes it worthwhile. Good eye for the sodium watchers!

Sounds great! My current weight is 131, so 5% is 6.55lbs, but 7 sounds a lot better! I am still new to this and looking forward to a first challenge! This baby weight has to go!

I found them at Kroger's in the produce section! I had to ask someone to help me find them, but sure enough, they had them! Not sure about walmart though. Hope that helps!

I am going to try these tonight! Any idea how to put the calories and such in for the food diary? Also, I'm going to try it with lean ground turkey, since I don't have any beef!
