Physically u may not see much in the mirror. But if u see ur belt holes moving in, its a good sign. Took me about 3mths to move 2 belt holes.

Hmm. I live in Singapore. Unsweetened soy milk can be found often in grocery stores. Some of the brands that carry unsweetened soy milk are Marigold, Nutrisoy and HomeSoy. Have some unsweetened soy milk. Good protein source, very little fat n boosts ur fiber intake too.

Not a nice feeling to be laid off i suppose. Feel free to have some comfort foods for the day. Rmb to log those as well. But dont make it a habit on overconsumption. Resume your better food choices the next day. Your health is your priority yeah.

When i gotta eat out, i get worried about not being able to find food that fits my requirements (40/30/30) @ 2200kcal. AND low in sodium n added sugar as well. Hi! Im in a 12hr night shift job as a laboratory staff too. I agree that its better to workout before starting the shift as well. Time management is key.

Check if they have a menu online, so that u can plan ur meal. Otherwise, choose healthier option available.
