Thanks, I'll keep going, i am just impatient I guess but need to remind myself it took me 9 months to put on this weight growing not such a small human - he was 10 pounds at birth!!

Thank you! Yes i am exclusively breastfeeding, although i am expressing most of the time (presumably breastfeeding and expressing burn the same amount?). I want to lose 2 stone overall and have lost 0.5 so far.
