Mine is just a quick little fact about how saturated fats can improve overall wellness and simply stating a caloric deficit will make you lose weight when after a while it slowly lowers your metabolism. Just giving some random wellness tips. Lol not misleading, as you can tell it's backed by research and athletes

In simple terms yes, but why not do it in a way to control your health and wellness? I can eat 3 packs of pop tarts and be in a caloric deficit.... Eat more, whole foods rich in saturated fats to the health aspect of losing weight
