It wasnt bad at all. I used 1/2 scoop of powder and I could barely taste it. The last tiny bits of lumpy powder didn’t bother me either lol. Not sure how u make ur chai tea but I make mine from scratch. I can share recipe if you like
-
Success! I added it to my chai tea and it worked. I get why u say blend it. I had to use a whisk & even then I still had a few lumps. Now lets see what else I can do.

Do you think it would taste ok in tea? Maybe i can try when I make chai tea

Yes low calorie so its easy to get as much protein as you need. Though recently I learned shrimp size makes a difference which is obvious right, but I didn’t realize it until weighing out 16 little shrimp to match the same g protein from 8 or 9 large shrimp lol duh. Wont be buying the little shrimp any more. Recipe: Cajun…

My first thought was calorie free cake? Sounds painful, Is it flourless and eggless and cakeless? Lol My calorie free would be brownies. I dont like chocolate but I can eat me some brownies.

😂😂😂 this made me laugh. What annoys me is when older ppl in the family ask me what I did to lose weight. The people who I KNOW wont plan to go to a gym or lift a weight because they dont want to “gain muscle”. The ones who eat like *kitten* or barely eat at all. The ones who barely cook at home. Next time I will tell them…

Newly married & trying to lose weight. At first i went dress fitting and thought oh no I need to lose weight & started on my weightloss journey. Was supposed to get married in April (now moved to october or farther) with the big dress but thanks pandemic! Now I have more time to lose weight how great🙃😑. So we got married a…

I 2nd this. My fav is sausage mc muffin & their hot cakes arent bad. Not better than ihop but they will do (esp when on a family vacation & trying to find a quick breakfast before starting the day. Its hard finding fast food breakfast for a 5year old). No other fast food pancakes taste remotely as good. But besides…

Low fat chocolate covered vanilla ice cream bar once a week or Outshine brand 60cal fruit popsicles. My fav snack on most days is apples & peanut butter, or mixed nuts w dried cranberries, or pistachio snacking while watching tv. Your strawberries & whip cream sound delicious.

Once a week. Every Saturday morning after I pee with no pants on. That’s my consistent weigh in. At one point I did weigh myself daily or at least 3x week just to see my fluctuations.

I dont like oatmeal. As a kid I was forced to eat oatmeal daily and I never eat it again until I became an adult. I can only have a small bowl (less than half of a cereal bowl) and I have to eat it with toast. I cant eat it by itself. Oatmeal makes me hungry. Way more hungry than eggs & toast & more hungry than my protein…

Thank you for this!! I really dont like the percentages either I also like to think of my goals in g instead. Minimum g for protein & not to go over certain g in fats & carbs. And thanks for clarifying that my fat intake is normal.

I ate 2 cheese its from my daughters bowl today and didn’t log it. If i had more I would have logged it. Sometimes I cant resist the tortilla chips on the counter and I eat 4 or 5. I log it. Sometimes I want dessert so I eat 2 marshmallows. I log it. I do log my romaine lettuce.

I dont always pay attention to macros either but I dont like it when MFP tells me I went over my goal when im at 50g fat. Im currently readjusting my calories but I aim for 100+ g protein. Im usually between 100-120g. My g fat is usually 50-75g

Im in a place in my weight loss journey where Im trying to figure what Im doing wrong so I had posted a question yesterday and my answer was that I am under eating. I am about 5’7 and 175lb. To lose 1lb per week im supposed to eat 1660cal. I thought well less is more right? So ive been eating around 1200-1400 per day. But…

Yw. Remember to weigh ur meat raw. It will make a huge difference in calories & protein if you dont. Which can either be good or bad. Good because its more protein raw vs cooked and bad because its more calories raw vs cooked. So if ur logging 3oz of cooked meat chances are the raw weight can be 2oz more which means a big…

So for the example in the picture, if mildred doesn’t eat back her calories she burned from exercising her calories for the day would be 1392-550 from exercise = 842 which is way too low correct? If she did eat back her calories it would be 1942.

Heres an example of a roughly 1200 cal day with 119g protein. This was 1264 Breakfast 2 eggs & 1oz of deli turkey scrambled together Morning snack 1/2cup watermelon Before lunch snack 30 pistachios Lunch 5oz carne asada With 3.8oz black beans Snack Can of light tuna with light mayo & half boiled egg. Eaten w whole grain…

I compare my calculated estimation to what mfp says and sometimes mfp is higher. I do very completely understand that with any exercise that is not steady state cardio is not going to be very accurate. This is why I reduce the amt of calories burned when I log it. And even then I do understand that there’s a possibility…
