Hi Everyone! So happy to be rejoining. Did really well here a year or so ago and got a lot from the group. I'm back having out some weight on since November. Had an injury, had to stop running and started comfort eating again. Keen to get back on track!

Hiya, how do I rejoin for February please?

What was recovery time like? Did you have it done in two stages?

I did the yoga challenge a couple of years ago and really liked it! Hopefully your journal king will get you that Bmi of 27 too!

Weigh in day 153.2 It’s taken me ages to get my head back in the game after Christmas. It’s made me realise I rely on routine and then discipline to keep going. The things that have helped get me focused again are: a taekwondo grading in 2 weeks, a tournament where I need to get into a weight category I’m not in yet…

It’s hard and I’m convinced PCOS means I can get away with less calories than someone without but in my case weight loss really has reversed it so far. My bloods are normal! BMI 25 but would like to get a little more comfortable in the normal zone before maintaining.

It’s my face the music weigh in today. 156.7. A pretty huge gain, I very much over indulged. It’s enough that my clothes are tighter. I know how to get back to where I’m more comfortable though!

Well done

Late weigh in 150.5 So close to the 140s....

Sorry, I’ve been really absent. Bit overwhelmed at the mo, weigh in 151.4

Weigh in day 152 Not too bad considering 3 days with the in laws. 10k race on Sunday - its so cold here I’m regretting signing up!

Weigh in day 153 Urgh. I'll this week and PMS hit too. Bad choices, going to bed early and missing exercise. Shows how easy it is to start gaining again. Feeling better and a bit more focused. Weekend is at the in laws though who are notorious feeders and almost feel like they try and sabotage our efforts (argued last time…

Weigh in day 151.8 Slightly sabotaged a better result by eating far too much of a trial run of our wedding cake. May as well aim to get rid of 1.9lbs this week and hit the 140s-psychologically that will feel good.

I do taekwondo, working towards black belt mid 2020. I’m running a fair bit now. Have another 10k on 24/11. I used to weight lift a lot but have found it not as good while losing weight (some of my PB weights are now less than half). Looking at some programmes to do a bit more as my butt has gone really flat now!…

Hi! I'm Laura. This marks a whole year in The Biggest Loser challenge! I weighed in at 198 this time last year. 152.7 today. This challenge has helped me so much and really appreciate the group. I've posted a little entry in success stories too today as I technically hit my target weight. I've readjusted it as realised i'm…

Birthday weigh in. 152.7. This is my original target weight, so pleased to have got here. However..... I realise i'm not quite done yet and probably have another 10-14 to go. Because I've never been below about 180, it's so hard to know at what point i'll feel comfortable/ happy so just gotta keep going til i'm feeling…

Thank you so much for all your support. All your work ahs been so appreciated. All the best for the future and hope to see you back at some point!

Weigh in day 154.5 Hoping to hit 153.9or below for my birthday on weds so will do an extra weigh in. It will mean hitting a couple of milestones which would be a great birthday present to myself. Back home now. It's freezing. Have signed up to another 10k to keep me exercising and back to meal prep. Snacking will be my big…

Not sure the scales are correct as flashing the mo battery sign but they've come upp as 154.9 this morning! (last weigh in 157.5). I'll take it and hoping it reads the same when I get home!
-
I finished my 10k! I ran it all and got a decent time. It was beautiful and I'm so proud to have come this far. Need to find another one to sign up for!

It's my 10k tomorrow. I'm letting myself have pizza tonight as and calling it carb loading. Haha! Once I'm home (Thurs) going to be really strict. I've got 3lbs to hit two milestones - 130lbs lost and into the 10 stone bracket. I'd like to do it for my birthday (Halloween).

I've found it hard adjusting to my new body. I'm almost 130lbs down with loose skin on my belly and it's definately affected my confidence. Anyone had to deal with this? It looks weirder than being overweight - never going to be a bikini girl!

Weight 157.5

It amazes me how far 4 miles is and that I can run it. I run what I think is miles and further than I would have even walked in the past and its only 3.5! So finding new routes and new challenges to keep up with the new fitness is interesting!

Ah. I slipped up yesterday. Weighed myself whilst there we scales available and it read much more than I was expecting (this was after lunch and fully clothed), I usually weigh first thing and nude so I know this was why but old bad habits erupted. I bought loads of junk food, feeling like everything I do is making no…

Awesome work. Well done!

Annoyingly couldn't walk the whole of my 10k route as some of it is road with no pavement and not safe to walk on (I'm assuming they are closing the road on the day). Means I missed the big hill I was really hoping to scope out. Everything else was good. Beach yoga was genuinely soothing to the soul. Need to keep some of…

15000 steps yesterday, all along the ocean. Going to walk my 10k route today (helps with my anxiety about it) then will need to walk another 2.5 miles to where I have yoga so an active day. Have realised i'm spending a small fortune on eating out while i'm away despite making sensible choice at least 80% of the time eg.…

Hiya Katie. Add me if you like. I've lost > 100lbs and learnt a lot a long the way. Finding an activity you love is really useful - I love the sound of roller derby! Mine turned out to be taekwondo - I was sore for a long time developing muscles but now love it. I'm trying to lose the last 14lbs or so still.
