Happy Friday Everyone. Today's official weigh in day weight is 169.0. This is a 2.4 pound drop from last Friday which I am pleased about. I hope to be able to keep at the 2 pound a week or more range for the remaining 85 days of my 100 day plan.

Today is the first Friday after my restart and I wish I could report more, but I am only down 1 pound weighing in today at 171.4 pounds. It is a loss and I am happy for it, but I was really looking for the loss to be bigger. I am just going to keep to my program and hopefully next week will be better.

Everything is going pretty good. I celebrated my birthday on yesterday and had a great high calorie meal so I was up on the scale this morning (172.9). I am feeling much better thank you all. However, I have been not doing so well on the OMAD front, but I am working my way back.
