I have found if I drink anything it is just straight. My go to is tequila and salt/lime. Straight to the point and if I want a little flavored chaser I use lime/lemon or grapefruit sparkling waters.

Yes! Calorie goal, working out... I really want to be strong. Standard cardio doesn't do it for me but lifting, that is fun! So I have been going when I can (without my kids or while the daycare is open) I guess it really is the "RIGHT NOW" I just wanna look and feel good right now... and I know thats all mental.

I wanted to look and feel good naked, honestly. I am a master of looking thinner than I am in clothing. Just wanna take it all off and feel beautiful. But even that seems impossible.

Thank you all! I just started running again, and started some minimal strength with weight lifting I am just afraid to work harder in the gym or with cardio and see no results because of the crap I am feeding my body. All your advice is great and I am gonna stick it in my brain "CALORIC DEFICIT"
