Hey Superstars I’m 57 years young. Before the pandemic I was 275 lbs lost 75 lbs, when they shut everything down I gained almost alm of that weight back, and it’s been a struggle, I’m back on track 7 lbs down. Let’s get it 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Protein pancakes 2 large eggs 1 large bananas 2 table spoons pbfit peanut butter powder Smash banana mix in eggs and powder well Cook about 1 1/2 minutes per side I usually put 1 tablespoon of maple syrup on top

Quick question what constitutes an active lifestyle? I work out 5-6 days a week and the type of work I do, I do a lot of walking I average 16,000 steps on my Fitbit, but I also sit a lot because l do a lot of driving. Thanks

I use to be a teacher we use to have potlucks every month so I feel your pain, and in top of that the early mornings and late night grading papers it’s so much easier to grab fast food. What I started doing was to prepare my meals on Sundays. Good luck
