4'10, 183lbs. I'm starting to track today, but this is my plan to lose weight. This is what has worked well for me in the past. I will eat 1600 to lose 1 pound a week. Walk 20 minutes in the morning, light intensity. After work I will do 30 minutes of cardio/strength training. Avg about 8,000-10,000 steps per day. Daily…
