I have been spinning for a couple weeks now... at least 2 times a week and i Love it........ The only issue I have is i think its making my thighs bigger.. is that possible if i only do it 2-3 times a week ??? I try not to go high on intensity for that reason..

I am in the same boat. I am going to try not to eat dairy for at least a week or two to see if I feel better. The problem with me is that I love cheese and ice cream.. its going to be really hard.

I agree i am never thirsty until lunch time....... I used the 5 calorie crystal light packets (lemonade is my fav) Def helps me get my water intake!!\ :drinker:

OOO so the point is to eat all your 1200 calories.. Otherwise i wont lost.. and possibly gain.. That might be the issue.. i have been on this for a while and never lost any weight.. actually gained.. OK so i get the whole tracking your calories part...but what I dont understand is.. when you put your exercise in you get more calories to eat?? Isnt the point of losing weight to work out more than you eat? I am just confused.. i havent been putting in my exercise because i dont want it to allow me to eat more... Sorry if…
