I'm in! I'll update tomorrow in the AM with SW and goals. I was doing low-carb/keto last year and lost 20ish lbs, maintained for several months, and then yo-yo'd with about 5 lbs back and forth. Ready to get back at it and lose another 20+ (at least) this year.

What program are you using & is it sustainable? That is a lot in a very short amount of time, some could be water weight. No matter what, congrats on your loss! A loss is always exciting. I hope it continues going well for you.

Current mini goal is about 5lbs away. Reward will be a manicure. Then, on to the next goal because there is a lonnng line of them!

I'm in. :smile: Main goal for June is to just keep on going on the weight loss, no matter how fast or slow it goes. Currently 12 lbs down (started my journey on May 1st). I log nearly everything, daily. Exercise goal would be to get in at least 3 exercise days per week. I plan to increase that but have to start somewhere…
