I’m starting to think this is probably my best option. I can be sensitive to stevia depending on how much is used. I can have halo top with no problem though which I only recently found out has stevia. I think I’m just gonna have to sample a few and see what works for me best.

My favorite tofu is the one from Trader Joe’s I believe it’s the high protein tofu and it’s not in water like all the other tofu out there. I find you don’t need to press it and the texture is much more firm. I also cut my tofu into thin strips and either pan fry or use my air fryer. I season with salt and pepper and then…

I just switched from WW as well. Only thing I’m gonna miss is connect. But I like how I can see all the nutrients I’m eating on here where As with WW it’s just a guessing game basically.
