As much as I think everyone has a right to their own way of working, I started this thread specifically to try and get away from behaviour like that. I consider that to be almost obsessive, and personally I would recommend trying to break away from those habits.

This happened to me all the time! Although sometimes loss meant treats, and gain also meant treats! Haha!

I love this! But you're gonna need more than 1200 calories a day for strength training... otherwise your body will go into starvation. You wont sculpt muscle unless you feed it! xxx

I've recently started volume eating and I'm ashamed to say, I almost judge those people who don't. I follow Instagram accounts where I see people documenting themselves following a daily calorie allowance and this is what I see most days: "Single piece of processed meat in a bread roll with cheese and mayo for dinner: 855…

You're a hero! Thank you! I've ditched my scales at home but I'm doing a monthly check so I'll see how it goes!

I can see your shape in your profile picture and you have an amazing figure! If I can look like you I'd be very happy!

Hi Guys, I've looked over all of my figures, and it looks like I lost 4lbs, and then gained two. So actually... it's only a 2lb gain. In two months of weights and hiit's I think I could gain 2lbs of muscle for sure.

This is amazing advice and I'd highly recommend the same. 2lbs per week sounds great, but it isn't always sustainable. I would however recommend enquiring at a local gym - one that has on site personal trainers - what they would recommend. Almost every PT will sit down and have a really good chat with you about your goals…

Ah yeah I find that too. Sometimes it can take a couple of days for your levels to get back into the swing of things.

What does this diet actually include? Like what are you eating in a day?

So. Romantic.

Period? Ovulation? I gain water weight when it's my time of the month... up to 5lbs on the first day of menstruation.

Hey y'all. I lost 30lbs back in 2014 and gained back 37lbs. I then lost 43lbs in 2017 and have now gained back 14lbs. Can I get an amen for how insanely difficult weight maintenance is?! No one ever tells you that it's waaaaay more difficult than the weight loss itself. I feel your pain and I am here to vent also. Add me…

I don't think we need to be quite so sarcastic, guys. That's just offensive. Chloe losing weight "fast" isn't really good for you - short term or long term. If as you said, you're willing to put the work in, I'd recommend just taking the calorie advice that MyFitnessPal has given you and sticking to it, with three 40-50…
