For me I had to set goals that drinking would get in the way of. I found I’m more interested in waking up early to get my fitness on than stay up and drink. Awesome job and keep it up!

Take it one habit at a time. It’s been 15 months since I quit smoking and it’s been amazing. I had to make new habits. Now I can’t even stand being around it. Don’t go at it alone. Same, you’d think I was dying by how much I sweat. I consistently sweat through all of my shirts. I’m not sure why.

I’m thinking my 10 pound cut will do the trick. I’m very active and have been adding ab workouts throughout the day. Im going to get my body fat % here soon so that should help see where I’m at. Thanks again!

If you aren’t going to be running 10+ miles a week look at some cross trainers. As far as running shoes go I switched to altra’s and love them.

Pi pictures are 15 months apart 20 pounds difference. Just joined mfp for some new goals.

Thank you! I’m really focusing on it now. I have upper abs but I need to lower my body fat % to get that last pouch to go away. This is my first time doing a cut with getting lean in mind.

800 calories less than you used to eat? Do you still lift heavy when you cut? I’m still pretty new to all of this but I’m looking to cut 9 more pounds then bulk.
