That's what I'm wondering too. I use Lightly Active. But I seasonally do Alpaca Shearing, and the other 9 months of the year I'm nailing plywood roofs on Warehouses. My jobs are pretty physically demanding.

I'm about to do W1D3 Later after work. So far I have been doing it on a Treadmill. So I can keep my walking at 3.1 MPH and my running at 6 MPH. If I am unable to complete a work-out I plan on repeating it.
