I want to join! I am currently at 199.3, SW was 207.5 and I was doing WW but I found that I wasn’t eating enough calories and it was very expensive (for me). I need to get to 145 but I’ll be happy with 165.

I’m 62. The picture in white was taken in March when DH and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary. I weighed 199 lbs ( down from 208 lbs. in September) . After seeing that terrible picture I immediately went on a diet and have so far lost 16 pounds. Current weight 183. Still need another 30 to be at healthy BMI .

I use a food scale. I also do a lot of home cooking and those items that are prepackaged or canned I scan and include the portions used. I got a great scale for less than $10 on Amazon. Good luck!
