Nice and consistent. Really want to get out of the 190s. Professional life has been a complete roller coaster this last week and I did not resort to junk food. That was a huge victory.6 -

I had a 3 lb loss this week!! WOOOO HOO

My goal for the coming is week is at least at a 1.4 lb drop. That would put me at 50 lbs lost!!! That is like two toddlers!!! Losing two toddlers is a big deal. Ask any Disney security guard!6 -

I started out at 192. Some easy days and some days from h! MFP has given me so much encouragement and I hope it helps you with your goals. Consistent is important. 16 months and I've lost 31 lbs.2 -

Managed to get 6000 steps today. Left my phone at work so i walked to work to get it and back. About a 20 min walk. I also walked in place while watching netflix to get to 6000 steps.

Now to get to bed at a decent hour tonight... was busy enough at work I didn't notice so much that I was still hungry after lunch. Nice healthy ish cooked meals today.5 -
About 50lbs more to go! Currently doing relatively strict keto but transitioning into low carb as I start strength training. Will gradually increase carb intake from there. Any thoughts?1

I want to join! I am currently at 199.3, SW was 207.5 and I was doing WW but I found that I wasn’t eating enough calories and it was very expensive (for me). I need to get to 145 but I’ll be happy with 165.4

@jmakleanaddo I've never tried keto or low carb. I find the restrictions too difficult for me. I count calories. That way if I feel like I really need <insert bad food here>, I can. How are your workouts with low carb?1

@Teri_F - welcome! Yeah, I've tried WW before, but found it difficult. I am a calories in, calories out mindset and the points annoyed my brain although there program is well designed.1

I have lost 21.6 pounds. I have 53 more pounds to go.
I was down to 218 before vacation and after I struggled getting back to my routine. Today is reset day for me. Starting small by babystepping my way back to my routine.

This week's loss... 2.9lb!
It's odd, over the last 5 weeks, I've had a big weekly loss, tiny weekly loss, big weekly loss, tiny weekly loss, big weekly loss...
Other than exercise last Sunday which never happens, I've been incredibly consistent with my calories consumed and energy burn, just proving that thing people always say: weight loss isn't always linear.
Anyway, that takes me a new weight of 176.8lb (SW: 202.7lb) and on track for my first goal of 174.5lb in two weeks' time. Oh, and today marks the end of week 12!4 -
Tried a new homemade chicken and vegetable curry recipe... was afraid that it would wreck my calorie goal today but surprisingly its not a super high calorie dish even with the full fat coconut milk. Learning the portion control part of eating at the moment. Surprisingly did very well on calories today and have room for some desert again.

Weigh in day... not my usual scale as I'm visiting someone but... still some progress.
Had mostly good success at staying within calorie goals, got at least 6k steps all but Friday and made up for it with 10k steps Saturday.
Last week: 193.8
Today: 191.6

Okay where did I go?? Idk why I completely forgot this group!! Well I was down to 226.4 last week then had a rough weekend and was 229.4 this morning. Of course I think some will come back off pretty quick. Thinking over our anniversary in March again and so want to be down 50 lbs til then. 40 to go. We are going up to wisconsin 😱 this week but I hope to keep my eating habits under control.1
