I was the same at 196.4
My BF and I went for a walk sat am. She was 195.8. We decided to do a 16 lb challenge. The challenge is to lose 16 lbs between last Saturday and 9/29 - my birthday. What an amazing gift to give!!!
I moved at the end of June and have been off program since mid-June. I only gained back 2.5 lbs which surprises me but it’s time to get back on track starting NOW.
Plan today: drink 80oz, log all food, recruit my daughter to be my fitness coach

Nice and consistent. Really want to get out of the 190s. Professional life has been a complete roller coaster this last week and I did not resort to junk food. That was a huge victory.
My goal for the coming is week is at least at a 1.4 lb drop. That would put me at 50 lbs lost!!! That is like two toddlers!!! Losing two toddlers is a big deal. Ask any Disney security guard!

I started out at 192. Some easy days and some days from h! MFP has given me so much encouragement and I hope it helps you with your goals. Consistent is important. 16 months and I've lost 31 lbs.
