Join me for weekly check-Ins, challenges for each other and support. I am starting on this weight loss journey.....again! I need a village to help me do this!

I have 52lbs to lose. Starting again post baby number3. I am finding it really hard to reduce food with newborn, kids home etc. but needs must. Happy to join in.9

Want to lose 60...but will be happy with 50. Lost 60 a couple years ago and wanted to lose more. So stupid family *kitten* came up and even though I kept logging, most of the weight has crept back.3

Thanks for joining ladies. I am mom to a 10 year old and a 13 year old. I ran a marathon and was at 18% body fat 8 years ago. Since then, I broke my shin bone and couldn’t work out and never got back into it. I also went back to college and just got my bachelors degree....yesterday! Now that I am finished with homework... I am ready to get back to feeling like me again! I am addicted to Dr Pepper and want to eventually cut that down to 1 a day....eventually!

160 mini goal weight for 8/29/20 (day I finally get to walk for my degree)
130 goal weight
The group goal for this week is drink half your weight in ounces of water every day!

160 mini goal weight for 8/29/20 (day I finally get to walk for my degree)
130 goal weight
We will weigh in on sundays, but motivate and check in daily.
This weeks challenge is drink half of your weight in ounces of water.

I lost 85 lbs and in 7 months have gained 40 back!
Today I weighed in at 180.
I walk an hour or so every morning, but I’m working from home and not in a school where I move a lot- OY!! Not good !😂3 -

Today was my daughters bday and when a 10 year old decides what we eat all day, we have pizza for lunch, hot dogs and nachos for dinner and we did a cake bake off!! Needless to say, back on track tomorrow.
I did get all my water in! So there’s a win!5 -

No dates at this time right now. I did get all my water in today so happy about that. Bdays are a good reason to not be on track especially for your child. I hope you guys had fun!1 -

I'm from Massachusetts, Boston to be more specific. I'll be 39 in Sept. I haven't lived in another state. I am hoping to be in good shape by my bday if not during the summer.
Just finished my water for the day while doing this post! Yay!! I can't seem to make myself get to the treadmill though to tonight. I may just do more housework or bodyweight exercises. We'll see. I'll keep you updated.0
