Hi everyone! I recently turned 65 and have been trying to do 16:8 for a week now. I have no problems with waiting until noon for my first meal but have trouble when it comes to eating out. The timing of meals often varies ~ any suggestions?

Portion sizes are so important as well. That's what I've been having trouble with.

I have always gravitated to WATP Five Mile Fat Burning walk even though I have many others of hers. Sadly, I have not been doing any walking for almost two years. It's so difficult now because of all the weight I'm carrying. Perhaps I should start with one mile and work my way up to two when I'm ready. Lucy
