April 2018 341lbs - Oct 2019 199.8lbs . Started out riding my bike daily for exercise, than got into trail / road running, gym 3 days a week, eating smaller portions and cutting out all fast food / junk food / pop. Up a bit (10 lbs) this month from skipping the gym / not as much running: also not being as strict on diet.…

Yes , photos taken 1 yr apart. 341 lbs in April 2018 to 209 lbs in April 2019, couldn’t run 100m or do a push-up when I started , first photo was during one of my first workouts . the second photo was taken Just after my second half marathon. (I ran one to celebrate one year of the new lifestyle )
