Scales lie - water retention is screwy. Inches are very honest. Losing inches = losing fat, no matter what the scale says. Keep doing what you're doing because losing inches means that you're doing something right.

Step 1: Lose 200lbs by getting rid of that horrible SO of yours Step 2: Eat at a calorie deficit. That's all it takes to lose weight, no special diet or workout program. Step 3: Be awesome

So long as you're in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. Soda is perfectly fine and doesn't magically turn into fat.

1. People who don't rerack weights (where they GO!!!) 2. People that don't wipe down equipment when they're done 3. Sitting on machines texting or talking and not using the machine..... 4. Don't forget about that drama queen avocado, I believe there's a 2.76 second window between unripened and overripened.

That you don't mind standing. Especially when available seating has no cushioning because of an unpadded tailbone - hard surfaces are so uncomfortable.

Or they qualified? Are they a good fit for me? If yes, I don't care if you had a unicorn horn implated to your skull. I work with a trainer to better myself, not to look at them.

I generally eat the smallest banana in a bunch first, I weigh the whole banana, then the peeled banana. Whatever the peel weighs for the smallest one I use as a guide on what to subtract from the other bananas (usually have them for lunch at school so no food scale available)

Often times I just pre-log snacks. Seeing the actual calorie count usually has me looking for a lower calorie alternative.

I have a mild version of Ehlers-Dahlos syndrome (hyperelasticity of my tendons/ligaments/joints). While this means that I do not run the risk of over rotation (bench flys - if I let my arms rest they go to the floor - it scares some people, but no medical issue for me), but I do have the fear of snapping my joints as my…

Finally got under 36 minutes on a 5k. GPS and timer: 5k at 35:53!!! A year ago I would have argued that I could never be runner.

My personal favorite for flavor is the S.A.N. Chocolate Peanut Butter (vegan) one. It tastes good with just water.

That only counts as one ice cream cone, right?

Besides diet related headaches (massive change in caffeine, salt, etc). Headaches can also be caused by stress and anxiety. If the thought of going on a diet is causing you stress, this could also be the reason for getting headaches. If this is the case then you need to rethink what a diet is so that's it's less stressful.

Basically seasoned meat and/or veggie and/or rice & beans stuffed into a flour tortillas. Wrap it up tightly then deep fry. Make sure to then drench it in guacamole & salsa and cojita cheese (my personal preference)

Possible: yes Healthy: highly doubtful When losing weight extremely fast for your body (amount of excess fat), you run the very real risk of losing a lot more than just fat. Muscle mass and bone density can also be lost. Losing muscle mass will leave you jiggly, losing bone density sets you up for early and more severe…

Possibly. There is some varience either direction. What I find that works is to start with eating back 50-75% of the calories MFP says you've burned. Then track for a good month. If you find yourself losing faster than expected, eat back more of your exercise calories. If you find yourself losing slower than expected, eat…

How I lost +190lbs: Eat less. That's it. Eat fewer calories than you use and you'll lose weight. Calories for weight Exercise for health

One that I have learned: You can't lose weight after X age. Yes you can, age is not a barrier to losing excess fat not getting healthier

1. Log everything! No matter how much under or over your calorie goals you go, still log everything. 2. Weigh everything you can. Weighing restaurant food is rather impractacle, so just use their website (or similar item if at a local or small chain restaurant). 3. You don't have to eat different foods, just less to lose…

I had/have the same issue (not as much weight though - 65kg that's freaking awesome!!!!). What worked for me was to lower the weight a bit and incorporate front squats per a trainer recommendation, after a while I got better at form. Also, as previously mentioned - ditch the running shoes. I squat in just socks now.

If you're getting skull DOMS from eyerolling, are you making sure to add in the workout? And would that be cardio or strength training? Huff post journalism is only slightly less fact based than flat-earth physics.

I live 5 minutes from the US/Mexico boarder. So, yes! Never had any issues. Most of the dental offices also speak English if you're Spanish isn't great as well.

I love not-quite plain baked potatoes. I love salsa on just about everything other than sweets. So that 1 teaspoon of basically crushed hot peppers adds very few calories. My comment was also "few people", you happen to be one of them. But honestly, how many people do you know/see that thier 100 calorie baked potato…
