Scales lie - water retention is screwy. Inches are very honest. Losing inches = losing fat, no matter what the scale says. Keep doing what you're doing because losing inches means that you're doing something right.

Step 1: Lose 200lbs by getting rid of that horrible SO of yours Step 2: Eat at a calorie deficit. That's all it takes to lose weight, no special diet or workout program. Step 3: Be awesome

If the thought of going on a diet is causing you stress, this could also be the reason for getting headaches. If this is the case then you need to rethink what a diet is so that's it's less stressful.

Possible: yes Healthy: highly doubtful When losing weight extremely fast for your body (amount of excess fat), you run the very real risk of losing a lot more than just fat. Muscle mass and bone density can also be lost. Losing muscle mass will leave you jiggly, losing bone density sets you up for early and more severe…

Possibly. There is some varience either direction. What I find that works is to start with eating back 50-75% of the calories MFP says you've burned. Then track for a good month. If you find yourself losing faster than expected, eat back more of your exercise calories. If you find yourself losing slower than expected, eat…
