  • @clobern80 I do for the most part use it as a fuel, and I pack a lot of smaller snacks for work, just in case we happen to have a surprise pizza day at work! That keeps me on track for the most part. It’s more so when you fall off it’s hard to get back on it! @Will_Workout_for_food, every now and than it’s good to cheat.…
