Oh my goodness the cold rainy weather. I haven’t been able to go for a walk in 2 days. Thankfully I get a lot of steps at work but it’s not the same!

Enjoyed a long walk with my son along the lake trails. We are going to make this a weekly date weather permitting.

I noticed this today when I was walking in the cold. I just thought I needed a thicker pair of leggings.

I don’t think one meal a day would work as I don’t have a sedintary job and can get dizzy and light headed if I miss a meal.

Thanks for the advice. I really don’t have trouble staying within my calories as long as I use this app. In fact sometimes I’m scrambling around trying to find something else to eat that is healthy & will get me up to the goal as a lot of days I’m way under what I should have.
