Thanks..I know it's going to take time. I don't have a food scale but the things I eat are quite easy to count in. Does anyone save the cals they earn working out for a treat weekend or does it not work that way?

To be honest when I put my stats in I'd not planned to go running so I did put in sedetary. I'm not struggling with the 1200 but I know what you mean...I might slightly increase them. Homemade soups or casseroles with plenty of veg and a wholemeal pitta. You can bath cook then freeze..just defrost in microwave!

Dec eat what you burn training..especially as your on 1100...I'm on 1200. I eat what I burn and maybe drink a few in the form of a glass of wine

I couldn't believe the amount of calories I was eating since using mfp! The calories in spreads, sauces ECT I'd never taken into account. It's about just making small changes..I've cut out butter and sauces plus I'm eating lots of protein and salad. As long as u don't go over your daily calories youl be fine. I still have…
