How many years does it take to build abs? Im fairly thin at this point and have started using an ab wheel i bought recently. I can feel my hard muscles under my last remaining belly fat but i want to know how long it should take. Im expecting 2 years even if i become super lean.

Both weight and composition are an issue. But ive also seen better results (quicker) since losing weight. So if i said i didn't think being lighter doesn't give me an edge I'd be lying to myself.

220 watts up hills was my best. 140 watts on flats but i think i can do better. Just not interested in flat roads 😁

It's probably already said, but the lighter you are the less your body will need to maintain weight. That being said you'd need to change your diet accordingly and eat fewer calories a day to drop down in weight even further.
