Probably gonna ride the highest hills i can find and destroy someones KOM (King of mountains) record. I wish since most of them recorded are E bikes anyways. But ill still climb them as fast as i can on my bike. Then after a nap ill go hit the local bar scene and look too hot to approach.

Believe in your trainer but most importantly believe in yourself. Like others have said its either muscle or water weight. Muscle will help you burn off fat faster and water weight will come off in a few days

So for me the trick here is to fill the fridge with healthy greens and fruits. In the freezer lean meats only. When i wake up in the morning i am starving. Ill power through a 40-50 minute HIIT or strenght training. By the time im done im super hungry with zero energy to go out and eat something. Ill grab an apple to eat…
