I got bored of reading the article 3/4 of the way. However i believe that most everything is your own fault if you don't take control, if you yeild, or just plain give up on yourself. If thing turn out the way you don't like because of those types of factors it is indeed YOUR FAULT. Never give up folks! Just my opinion.

Maybe you can tone things down by making things less accessible. Stop bringing food thats easy to eat into your home. Make sure everything needs to be prepared. It'll take more out of your day to have to prepare everything each time you wanna eat thus maybe making you eat less? Just a thought.

I made pork steak and dipped it in bulldog sauce (katsu sauce) mixed with siracha. A salad with sliced onions, cucumbers and spring mix (dressing salsa).

No you absolutely will not have a doughnut! Jk, you can have what ever you want. However if you plan on losing weight check your daily calories to see if there is still room for it. Otherwise enjoy yourself to the fullest.

Yogurt and prunes is a staple for me. But when im on long bike rides then i prefer cliff bars. For my upcoming race im gonna pack a few oreos in my back pocket. Im kinda skeptical about oreos for quick energy, but Lance Armstrong said that was his favorite fuel so why not?
