I'm pretty much motivated the same throughout the year. It probably helps that I'm in the desert and we don't really have seasons. I definitely enjoy outdoor activities more when the weather is in the 60-80s. But for weight training the weather makes no difference for me.

That is an entirely different kind of booty then the firm, round, built kind of booty I'm referring too 😂

I really only love homemade cookies.

Feel free to add me, I'm running strong curves right now and gaining as well.

I agree with all except the cookie comment, that's just wrong. 😋🍪

I would talk to your OB about it. I didn't know that I had a herniation until after having kids. I just procrastinate about going to the doctor and my OB thought it was the baby's position putting pressure on my sciatic nerve. I had an MRI after my third which confirmed the herniations. The pain/symptoms were definitely…

When I'm pregnant even the smell of coffee would make me vomit. Otherwise I love coffee.

What are your goals?

I workout at home. My warm includes dynamic stretching, jumping jacks, and jogging in place. The whole thing only takes about 5-10 minutes.
-
It's a struggle. Sometimes I still feel fat and other times I feel incredibly fit.
-
Well yes, that's the ultimate goal.
-
You look great!

I'm doing the same program, I'm adding in some core work to help with developing some abs. We'll see.

Yes, I've had three babies with one c section and no matter how flat my tummy gets I have a little pooch over the scar.
-
How many reps? When you get to the top of the rep range add weight. So if the range is 8-12 and you're at 12 you can add weight. Some programs don't have a rep range and you add weight weekly. What does your program say?

I will never choose ice cream for dessert. My husband and my kids always eat the ice cream in our house... I don't think it tastes bad but I just never want it.

I have a charge 2 and I'm happy with it. My battery lasts on average about 5 days.

I did this routine for about a month while I took a break from the weights. I really enjoyed it. It does take about 80-90 minutes if you follow the recommendations for rest periods. I actually did the single leg shrimp squat progression and the Nordic curls and found them both challenging.
-
I'll add you

That's the goal! Honestly I need to build my abs up a bit as well. I got to a pretty low body weight with a fairly flat tummy and my abs were so little.

Agreed. Jello is absolutely gross.

Hump: trying to find a job after staying home with my kids the last couple of years. Triumph: my handstand is making significant progress.
-
Absolutely yes. I was becoming very obsessive about my workouts and tracking my food and trying to have what I thought was the perfect body. I actually took a break from mfp and just recently really started using it again. I also stopped tracking my food for a few months and now I'm only loosely tracking. I think I just…
