I'm recovering from a foot fracture so I've had to make adjustments to my routine. It's much better now and I can squat and deadlift again, which makes me super happy. I was doing a full body routine while I was recovering but I'm switching back to an upper/lower split this week. I prefer to workout at home so I have a…

16 pounds is AMAZING progress! Don't beat yourself up. Keep going and you will continue to see results. Slow steady progress that lasts is much better than quick loss that doesn't. ♥️

Sure they can work until you can't add any more resistance which depending on the type of bands can be fairly quick.

You look amazing without them!

You just need to follow a calorie deficit to lose weight. I'm in a similar boat as you. I fractured my foot almost two weeks ago and still have several weeks before I can bear weight on it. This is putting a stall on my lower body workouts but I'm still able to work my upper body, just seated and I'm using mini bands with…

This puts you at approximately a 1000 calorie per week deficit. Yes, you should still lose weight but it will be slow and that's totally ok.

I store my fat in my lower belly, butt, hips, and thighs. I start to look stick thin in my face chest and arms if I lose too much.

Going stir crazy over here

I think if they help keep you motivated then go for it. To me it was just a watch that read my heart rate. mine broke a few months ago and I have no intention of replacing it.

I like calisthenics, when I get tired of weights I switch to a bodyweight program and then back again. These are both great websites with full body workouts and progressions. http://www.startbodyweight.com/p/start-bodyweight-basic-routine.html?m=1…

I've cut down to a BMI of 19 and only had the outline of abs and I was miserable trying to lose more. So for me not worth it. But for other people it might be.

Thank you. Yes, I've seen this infographic graphic before. I can get the outline of my abs fairly easily but beyond that I'm just not willing to make the sacrifices. I am just curious how others feel.

My top five would have to be: 1. My home equipment which includes weights, a bench, bands with attachments, and a pull up bar. 2. Kodiak pancakes, it's my go to breakfast. 3. High fiber wraps, they are only 50 cal and you can use them for any kind of sandwich, burrito, ect. 4. This app and Reddit, I like chatting with like…

I enjoy an occasional class. I've had weeks at a time where I do daily yoga but I really don't like following a video (for anything), I prefer in class live yoga. With that said the Alo Moves app has a ton of content and it's put together well.

That sounds delicious

I'm right there with you OP. I have three kids here and it's been so loud in the house. The kids are so bored and I feel for them but I'm also losing my patience.

I can't choose on this one, I love them both. A pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese and lox is so delicious. And a doughnut will definitely hit my craving for a sweet treat.

I would do incline pushups, maybe starting at kitchen counter height and slowly lower the height until your are at the floor. You can use the kitchen counter, a table top, a bench or chair, the bath tub, ect. When you can do 3 sets of 10 at a specific height then progress.

This 100%

I've always worked out at home. I was super busy with life starting around August of 2019 and my workouts went to the back burner. Now I'm home with my kids all day and have the time to dedicate to working out. So, I'm going with an upper/lower split because I enjoy them and I stick to them more than full body. I'm…

Yes, I love working out at home. My problem right now is my kids are ALWAYS home and always seem to start fighting with each other when I work out.

I'm in AZ but looking to restart recomping again, I fell of the wagon for a while.
