Back again! I'm that sad person that deletes there account after so many tries and remakes it. (Making it look brand new.) I refuse to do that, ever again!

I relate so much with the chair thing. However, I was 250 pounds six months ago. I would love to go back. With lots of stress going on, I haven't focused on anything but, others. I gained forty pounds! Yikes. (I'm working on my own thing.) Anyways, anyone will love you for you. My weight has gone back and forth in my…

We split the chores. I guess I always saw it as 50/50 and never thought about having him do extra. (He works too.) I feel like we both struggle on the whole motivation thing. I'm trying to push myself first and push him later. I don't want to look like a hypocrite on telling him to eat healthier or workout, when I'm not…

Its just been this month in general, I hope the rest of the year won't be like this. However, if it does. I can't help it. It was small things like taking care of boyfriend when he got sick. (I would want him to do the same when I'm not feeling good.) Then, surgery happened for my boyfriend. (Wisdom Teeth, on top of being…

I'll be honest with you, I read medication at first. Yes, meditation is a great idea. :)

But, I'm learning quickly the extra money spent to keep me healthy is WAY more important then a few more bucks. I just can't always spend that money, when I don't have it.

Sandwichs: Meat:$3 Cheese:$2 Bread: $2 =$7 for a week. (Raman, chips, granola bars, etc.) Raman: WAY CHEAP Chips: $1 Granola Bars: $2 =$10 Wendy's is a fine example. I can buy $50 Frosty. $1 Fries. $1 Burgers. But, there salad's are $5 or more. Even fast food knows, healthier is more expensive. Salad: $1 (Times Two for…

I took yoga classes for a week. (Free promotion for this gym in my town.) However, they are way to expensive to go too! Do you know any good online yoga classes or videos I could try? (I tried looking before but, I didn't succeed.)

I love these ideas, to be honest never thought of it that way. I didn't grow up like that and I hope to change that with my future children. I'm about to have six week vacation from work and my main concern was, being bored and eating. (Instead of stressed.) I just need to make a giant to do list every week and when I get…

Awesome!

Sounds like an amazing idea and great way to stay motivated.

Its my "dessert." Its only 15 to 30 calories to add it. [/quote] So I just calculated 30 calories x 365 days is about 3 pounds a year. I know right now you’re just trying to get the hang of things and get and stay in the groove, but sometimes the little things do add up. As you get into the habit of counting calories and…

Sounds interesting, Ill have to try that!

That's actually how my "bad" days happen. One time I had a slightly bigger lunch. Thinking I wasn't gonna eat supper or it would be a light one. (I had to do a night shift and I sleep right before and don't eat until 2am (Breakfast.)) My Boyfriend got home from work and he wanted burgers for Supper. So, did I. I was over…

I'm happy I saw this post. On my third day of my third week I went out with my friends. (Drinking.) We only do this monthly and we ate sandwiches and chips. I logged all my calories, like always. However, I started feeling like a "failure." I made myself stop because, my friends (who are smaller) were doing the same thing…

Smart idea, Thank you!

Thank you, Ill have to give the walk after dinner a try.

Idk, if this will help. However, my Mom 40 too. She hurt her back 6 years ago, she was getting into a hot tub and the steps were extra slippery and it messed something up bad. Walking hurts for her but, the one exercise her and me both love doing is Zumba. We might not be pros at dancing but, it’s fun and you don’t really…

Strawberry’s and Bananas cut up, with a little bit of sugar.

Right, I agree. I make rows in the fridge of what needs to go first and what can wait a little longer to be eaten.

Thats what I do when I'm at home. :)

True, I didn't think about it that way. Plus, I always saw being a little over one day wasn't bad but, when it comes to under it was weird to me.
-
Lol, my Mom does the same thing. She will text me random stuff or tag me in stuff around 3 AM.

You're doing such a great job and definitely gave me a boost of motivation. :) My Great Grandma started working out at 85 Years old and she walks back and forth in her home and does squats. Last time I visited her, all she could talk about was how firm her but has become. Lol. It definitely makes me push harder with my…

Thank you, on my computer it doesn't show that. On my app it does.

Salad ones mixed with ranch isn't good, leftover. Another example is I work as a cook for a private school for girls. If I don't finish it, I can't just wrap it and take it with me. I dump the food, same with the girls.

I learned by watching both my Mom and my Grandparents. My Mom splits all her meals when she goes out to eat. My grandparents, 90% of the time split a meal together. (Most times, she will give him more.)
