  • Thank you, I'll definitely add that to my daily thinking. My Grandmother taught me, from observing her, that walking while talking on the phone is great exercise. She would walk around all over the house and pace back and forth while, on the phone or waiting for food to cook.
  • Luckily, I believe this was a rare weekend of bad sleep. However, I do most times get from four to eight hours of sleep. It depends on the plans lined up for me to do.
