Does speed and incline decline of the terrain factor into the calculation? I would think fitness trackers, apps and treadmill machines would use a simple formula.

That is what I thought when I wanted to get a portable scale. I looked at the mini scales and I thought they were too small to hold any food. Just tell the police, "No officer this scale is for my diet, I keep the drug scale with the drugs in the trunk."

If you make your meals ahead of time you can log ahead of time or use the copy meal feature. I use recipes or meals for entries. Often I will have two eggs, turkey bacon, a slice of toast, and juice for breakfast. Although the weights might be off a little I don't worry too much about it.

It's NEVER to early for a plateau! I re-evaluate my logging, making sure I weigh everything on the food scale and log everything I eat. Not logging properly is usually where I start slacking off. My last 30 days have been very slow. I know that in time I will start losing again. I know that weight loss isn't linear.

It is best to weigh the food using a food scale and input the amount in grams but ".5" is fine.

That Chickpea of the Sea recipe intrigued me, so I had to try it. I took a small amount of chickpeas and mixed it will some Hellman's and it wasn't too bad. When I was a kid if I woke up late my mother would make a quick energy breakfast for me. It was a glass of orange juice, honey, a raw egg blended (maybe something else in it) with a slice of toast covered in peanut butter. I enjoyed that, EDIT: Maybe there was a banana in there somewhere.

People who approach a red traffic light, slowly keep creeping towards the intersection, go over the stop line, then as soon as the light turns green they come to a complete stop and wait... wait for what I am not sure but when the light changes green THAT is when they come to a complete stop.
